Experiences of Chinese Diplomat Luo Linquan in Dublin and San Francisco

Luo Linquan will speak about his experiences as Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Ireland and as Chinese Consul General in San Francisco, as well about major contributions of Chinese workers to the construction of the first Transcontinental Railroad in the US.
