Festival FAQs

What makes the Irish-American Crossroads Festival different from other Festivals?

Irish-Americans possess a rich and diverse history that has greatly influenced the cultural, political, and creative landscapes of the United States and beyond. The Crossroads Irish-American Festival is committed to revealing the often hidden histories of the Irish-American experience. This Irish-American focus distinguishes the Crossroads Festival from all others in the country, and indeed, in the world.

Do you have your own building?

No.  Crossroads partners with other groups in our community to bring top-notch events to you year after year.  For example, our events are housed at the SF Public Library, the California Historical Society, the United Irish Cultural Center, the University of San Francisco, BookShop West Portal, and more.
