The Irish-American Crossroads Festival is excited to announce a Call for Art for an Irish-American Art Exhibition that will take place on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, within the 2025 Irish-American Crossroads Festival.
We invite submissions of visual art, including photography, exploring Irish or Irish-American identity, culture, history or themes. Artists with or without Irish/Irish-American ancestry are welcome to submit work that reflects exploration of or influence by Irish-American identity, culture, history or themes. General submissions such as landscapes or flowers are welcomed. All art needs to be dropped off and picked up at the United Irish Cultural Center in San Francisco.
Curated by Marguerite Gilligan and Tisha Kenny. Marguerite Gilligan is an artist and previous Advisory Board Member of Health Through Art. Tisha Kenny is an artist and Creator of Health Through Art Program, founded in 1989.

Please note: You can submit up to five pieces. Sizes of pieces can vary. Please include the dimensions of the work alongside of the name of each work.
Sales: If an artist chosen for the event would like to have their art for sale at the event, they are welcome to do so. Any sales would be facilitated by the artist, with 100% of the sale going to the artist.
Mission of the Irish-American Crossroads Festival
Founded in 2004, the Crossroads Irish-American Festival promotes the discovery and understanding of the Irish experience in the Americas to ensure that the richness of the arts, culture, history and traditions of this heritage are both held in great esteem and preserved for generations to come. We achieve this mission through the production of events and projects that promote Irish-American culture and heritage with an emphasis on the Irish and Irish-American communities of the San Francisco Bay Area.
