Crossroads Salon

Thursday, March 12, 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Location: United Irish Cultural Center, St. Francis Room, 2700 45th Avenue @ Sloat Blvd., San Francisco Free. Donations welcome. For more information, please contact Margaret McPeake: Margaret@irishamericancrossroads.org.

All were invited to the inaugural meeting of the Crossroads Salon, a place to highlight and explore the work of local writers and artists who either have Irish-American heritage or are interested in exploring Irish-American themes. This opening session featured both readings from invited local authors, including Jack Drought, Linda Norton, Eddie Stack and Michelle Wallace, and an ‘open-mic’ for additional authors and artists who wished to share their work. The Crossroads Salon is an ongoing event, meeting regularly in various locations in the Bay Area. To learn more about the next Crossroads Salon, please send an email indicating your interest to info@irishamericancrossroads.org and/or click here to join our mailing list.
